Hiralal Mazumdar Memorial College for Women developed the IoT-Based Mental Health Diagnostic Device. Using IoT technology, the device intends to provide a simple and convenient metHOD for diagnosing and monitoring mental health disorders.
The Indian Patent Office has granted the novel design entitle “IoT-Based Mental Health Diagnostic Device” vide application number 385157-001 dated 30.06.2023. It has been published in Indian Patent Journal vide J. Number 26/2023 dated 30.06.2023.
About Design Patent:
The portable, light weighted and easy to carry IoT-Based Mental Health Diagnostic Device's distinctive and innovative design is depicted with many drawings and thoroughly described, used along with a smartphone app to access real-time mental health data and safeguarded by the design patent from infringement by third parties in which the owner of the patent has the legal authority to stop anyone from creating, using, or offering for sale a product with a comparable design.
