Yoga & Meditation
The College has introduced many other co-curricular activities including yoga which is the first initiative on the part of an affiliating College under West Bengal State University. Yoga, which is considered to be a group of physical, mental and spiritual practices not only make people healthy and fit but also provide them inner strength and emancipation. For this reason the College offers Yoga classes to all students under an able supervisor. Our students have performed Yoga at various occasions both in College and in other places.
